We will be holding our annual meeting on July 30th at 1:00 PM at the Grace Church Parish Hall.  The address is 203 W. Main Street, Buena Vista, CO 81211

We will have the option for virtual attendance this year if you cannot join us in person. Please watch your email for the meeting link or reach out to Clark Hess for assistance: clark@clarkhess.com

Ted and Margot Palpant will be hosting a potluck at their house for whoever wants to attend after the annual meeting. Starting at around 4:00 PM — Their address is: 19000 Mountain View Dr., Buena Vista, CO 81211

We will be holding our annual meeting on July 31st at 1:00 PM at the Grace Church Parish Hall.  The address is 203 W. Main Street in BV.

Topics at the meeting will be the normal protocol, except that there are no previous year’s meeting minutes to approve.

At 4:00 pm, Dan & Kathleen Daly will be hosting a potluck/BBQ at their house for whoever wants to attend — 18795 Mountain View Dr.

John and Toby hooked up our stage discharge recorder meter for the 2019 season (April 28, 2019) – water is already flowing at a high level (>.5 CFS) – remember we just need 0.05 CFS flowing to be capturing water for our augmentation plan…we’ll check in periodically to see how the flow is keeping up into the summer!

Also please post your well meter reading for the spring – click the water meters tab to enter your reading – thanks if you have already posted your reading!

Hi MLME Neighbors, reminder that the 2018 Annual Meeting and picnic is scheduled for Saturday July 21 at 1PM at the Sangre De Cristo community room in Buena Vista. The Dalys again graciously offered to host the picnic afterward (~4PM) – please being a dish to share and something to grill for your family!

We had a great turnout for the meeting this year. Thanks again to the new ranch owners Rick and Katy for giving us the chance to ask questions and get to know them. I’ve posted the 2016 annual meeting minutes to our “Documents” page. I (Toby) am no longer a member of the MLME board (my 2nd term expired), so we now have Dan as the new board president, and added Susan as a new board member. (John remains as Treasurer, Sam as Secretary, Kris as member-at-large and winter road/plow contact). As some of you might have heard our lock on the National Forest Service/Wise gate was removed (not by our choice), and we’re working on getting the situation resolved. I hope everyone has a fantastic fall season!

Reminder that our annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday July 22, 2016 at 1:30PM at the Sangre De Cristo community meeting room (with picnic to follow at the Daly’s home on Mountain View Dr.). We have 2 board members with 3-year terms expiring. One of the members will run again, so we need at least 1 new board members to fill the 5 member board of directors. Please let us know if you are interested.

Thanks to the crew (Dan, John!) we now have our “stage discharge recorder” up and running and reading our McFadden creek flow every 15 minutes. Great work guys!
